As a new member, you'll likely be feeling a little overwhelmed. Here are the answers to some of the most commonly asked questions from our newest Little Play Club members!

Where can I find my member resources?

Simply visit in your browser to access your Play Portal! Enter your email and new password (you'll need to set this up - it's not the same as the Little Lifelong Learners log-in you may already have) and you'll be set! Don't forget, we also have the exclusive Little Play Club Facebook Community where you can connect with other playful parents and join our monthly challenges too!

How should I get started?

While it can be tempting to jump into the Masterclasses and Play Packs right away - I suggest heading to the 'Start Here' tab first. These quick videos and resources will arm you with everything you need to get started and make the most of your time in the Little Play Club! Next, you'll want to head over to the Your Playful Journey page to find out what stage you're at and see which masterclasses and resources are most relevant to you!

What items will I need to get started?

We want to make play easy which means we don't want you feeling pressured to go and spend a fortune on resources and supplies! Each month, the play packs include a list of suggested materials most of which you will most likely already have at home! If you'd like to prep printables from the play pack, you will find it easier with your own printer and laminator.

When are new resources added to the portal?

Every month you'll get access to brand new resources! We typically release this new content on a Wednesday following the schedule below:

  • 1st Wednesday - Play Pack
  • 2nd Wednesday - Masterclass
  • Last Wednesday - Live Q&A hosted on Zoom

Who can I ask if I have any questions?

Your Little Play Club Facebook Community is the best place to get your questions answered! The community is full of playful parents and teachers who are all so incredibly supportive and helpful! When you ask a question in the group, everyone benefits from the answers you receive. Chances are if you're wondering about something, someone else will be too! You can also submit questions for the Q&A via the Play Portal or you can submit technical or account queries via email:
