How to reset your Play Portal password

If you're having trouble logging into the Play Portal, follow the steps below to reset your password.

1. Head to the portal using the link below and tap on the 'Forgot your password' link.

2. You'll have two options to choose from:

Send magic link - use this if you want to quickly log in to the portal. An email will be sent to your member e-mail address with a link to access the portal directly.

Reset password - use this if you want to reset your existing password to a new password.

If you're already logged in and need to change your password, tap your profile picture in the top right-hand side of the Play Portal and click 'Account Settings.' Here you'll see an option to change your password. If you don't remember your current password, you can log out and then follow the instructions outlined above.

Sometimes if you're logged in on a computer AND a mobile device, you may have trouble resetting your password so just send us an email and we can manually reset it for you.
