How to download your invoices

Currently, membership payments are processed through one of two platforms:

- Through ThriveCart via Stripe (our preferred payment processor)
- On the Little Lifelong Learners website via Stripe and Paypal

We are planning to move all members across to ThriveCart and Stripe as this doesn't require you to set up two different log ins with two different passwords. If you'd like to switch over to ThriveCart and Stripe now, tap the chat icon on the bottom right-hand side of this page to send us an email and we can assist - this is a great option if you have issues with your monthly subscription payments especially any ongoing issues with your Paypal payments and subscriptions.

Below you'll find instructions for accessing your billing information including invoices either on ThriveCart or the Little Lifelong Learners website.

How to download invoices on ThriveCart

1. Visit the ThriveCart Customer Portal here: https://littlelifelonglearners.thrivecart.com/updateinfo/

2. Enter the email address associated with your membership into the box provided.
You'll then receive an email with a direct link to manage your account - this will happen each time you need to log in saving you time not having to remember multiple passwords and log ins! 

4. Once the email arrives, tap the link which will direct you to the homepage of your customer portal. Tap the 'Subscriptions.'

5. You will be taken to the subscription tab where you can update your card info and view more details of your subscription. Note there are three tabs here - during your first month, your subscription will appear in the 'trials' tab (as below). If you have been a member for more than one month, be sure to tap the 'current' tab to see your subscription.

7. Tapping the 'view' button will allow you to see your upcoming billing date, download invoices and/or manually cancel your subscription.

How to download invoices on Little Lifelong Learners website

1. Head on over to the Little Lifelong Learners website and log into your account here: https://www.littlelifelonglearners.com/my-account/
2. Once logged in, you'll see a tab titled 'Orders' - tap this tab.
3. You'll see an option to download your invoices.

Important: If you have no payment methods or active subscriptions on the Little Lifelong Learners site when you log in above (just tap the 'Subscriptions' tab above to check), you have most likely used ThriveCart so please follow the instructions above. If you have any trouble locating your payment details, just pop us an email via the chat button on the bottom right-hand side of this page and we can point you in the right direction.
