Can you just email the resource to me instead?

Unfortunately we do not have the resources to do this. Most of the downloads on this site are far too big to send via email so you must use your account to download the files. 

If you can't get your download to complete, it is most likely because your internet connection isn't strong enough so you'll need to make sure you've closed all other programs, browsers and windows on your computer and then try again.
