"​That's not your ​download link" error

In order to protect files from being shared illegally, all download links are protected so that only the person that purchased the product can use the link. This error usually occurs when you click the download link in an email but you're already signed into the site with a different email address meaning that you have two or more accounts set up on the site with different email addresses. 

Simply sign out of the account on the site and sign back in with the email address you made the purchase from. If you'd like to consolidate your accounts, send through a support request and the team will help you troubleshoot this.
