I'm having trouble downloading on my phone or device.
We do not provide support for downloading resources on mobile devices or tablets. There are so many different phones, tablets and iPads available and we do not have the resources to test on so many different platforms.
It is recommended that users download their purchases onto a computer or laptop. Please make sure you have a program that allows you to download and view PDF files on your computer.
However, the most common device download issues we see are when your internet connection isn't strong enough to handle the large files and downloads. If this is the case, you will need to try and download your purchases via a desktop computer or laptop with a stronger internet connection. Unfortunately purchases cannot be emailed as the files are too large.
